I have a spacious room to let in my house. Its in a quiet location near to the hospital and junction 2 of M6.
I have a cat and I'm sure he wouldn't mind the company of another cat!
I would prefer to share with a female of a similar age. I have a son who lives with me most of the time, he is 10 and he's a good lad.
I have broadband, modern kitchen and new bathroom. There is a small but pretty garden to unwind in and I grow veg in the greenhouse.
I have quite a few hobbies and interests. There is a nature reserve nearby and Coombe Abbey is walkable from here too. Close to local shops, bus stops, tesco and a couple of pubs. Lovely quiet, friendly neighbourhood. Female professional preferred.
