Hi, our house is very clean and tidy, which has recently been furnished and modernised. There is a new kitchen, beds and carpet. We aim to maintain a peaceful environment.
The house is located off a main road which has many local amenities, schools, restaurants, bus stops. The city centre is a 15minute bus journey. The bus stop is a 1 minute walk from the house. There is a toilet downstairs and a separate bath/shower and toilet upstairs. The garden has a good size. There is storage area at the rear side of house, which ideal for bikes or work equipment etc. Parking is on street. The neighbourhood is fairly quiet.
