I have a double room becoming available in my houseshare.

The house is located in Warley B68 and is approximately 4 miles from New street station and located just off the Hagley road. It is the neighbouring area to Harborne, (approx 2 miles to Harborne High Street). There is very good public transport provision and a regular bus service (every 5 minutes peak time) into town.

The current mix of the house is two guys aged 23-45. We are sociable housemates who do enjoy sharing a glass of wine, having friends over for dinner, watching DVDs and popping to the Pub.

The communal areas of the house include a large kitchen diner with a separate utility room. Lounge leading out to spacious garden Patio area, with a large garden which is brilliant for summer BBQs
