I'm looking for a mature, tidy, quiet and keeps themselves to themselves, full-time student or professional, as lodger. Any age considered. Must clean up after themselves and keep room clean, will be required, as standards must be kept.

The room has a wardrobe, chester drawers, a desk, chair and bed. It will be rented at £500per month. Some bills included.

Equipped kitchen, with washing machine. Nice clean bathroom with downstairs toilet.

Situated close to Junction 9, M6 Wednesbury.
Within short walking distance of bus station, tram and train Tame bridge parkway 10/15 min with links to Wolverhampton/Birmingham (35min commute into the city centre/ 20 min if driving, depending on motorway traffic. Walking distance to town centre and other amenities such as Lidl and Morrisons close by.
