Spare room for rent

Nice double room and bathroom in a quiet town house available for the right person. Ideally looking for a professional mature female as I’m not one for talking about football and cars. I’m not really looking for a couple either but that doesn’t mean I wouldn’t consider it. No pets, no smokers.
I will be getting a shower fitted very soon in the bathroom and will update the listing in due course. Any questions just send me a message.
