Modern house built 3 years ago comprises a large modern double furnished room on ground floor, with a King size bed with large sitting area, and ample space for office desk if required.

Modern kitchen with appliances and a modern bathroom with a large shower cubicle, there is also a downstairs toilet.

All bills are included with free Wi-Fi. The rooms come with one parking space for a car, the driveway is very big and has two large gates on each side of the driveway, and a beautiful large garden at the back.

The house is very close to all major amenities and transport links.. I’m looking for tenants that are respectful and friendly and courteous to other tenants.
Someone who can adapt with other tenants and take turns to keep the house clean and tidy and clutter free.
