A comfortable double room is available in a friendly and relaxed home, ideally suited to a single occupant. I would particularly welcome a professional female aged 30+, although I am open to discussing individual circumstances.

* Furnished with a double bed (can be replaced with a single bed if you would prefer more space)

* Off-road parking available, with use of the driveway space if preferred

Pet Friendly
I understand many rentals don’t allow pets, but I’m happy to discuss pets on a case-by-case basis. I’m a big animal lover myself and enjoy spending time with my sister’s cats, so don’t be afraid to ask.

Flexible Rental Options
I’m open to different arrangements, including:

* A minimum 2-month trial period
* Monday-Friday or 4-day-per-week stays
* Shorter-term arrangements by discussion
