Professional housemates, look no further!
we have a large double, en-suite bedroom ,ready to move into.
This room is on the first floor and is the largest room in the house.
.Our rooms don’t come available very often.
The previous housemate has just moved back to Australia .
.
The room and en-suite shower room have been fully serviced and are ready for the new new housemate to move into.
We are able to viewings to suit you.

The room has a king-size bed with double wardrobe, three drawer chest and bedside table. It has an en-suite shower room. There is a tea station with under the counter fridge with freezer compartment.
All our rooms have TV aerial sockets .Brand new bedlinen also provided.

Who will I be sharing with? ❓Our current housemates are lovely, keep the house in immaculate condition and get on really well. They are working and include health service and other public sector staff, clerical, fitness professionals.
All bills are included to ensure you just have to make one monthly payment and get on with your life. We have increased our rent currently to reflect the increase in energy prices globally. Imagine having nothing else to pay only your own expenses!
We can even provide your own room clean and bedlinen change if you need some room service.. There is no security deposit. The rent is a bit higher than some but you only get what you pay for ! Housemates have a chat group which links into me for any issues. We are very responsive to repairs , requests etc.

Our house is a large detached ,fully refurbished Victorian house in Darlaston and the room is available from 8th March 2024

Ideal for busy professionals, Park House is close to the M6, M5 and Black Country Route and has direct bus routes to Walsall, Wolverhampton, Wednesbury, West Bromwich. It is also on a bus route for the Manor Hospital and Walsall town centre with buses to Bilston Wednesbury and Wolverhampton as well. There is Park and Ride for the tram into Snow Hill station a mile away.
All our rooms have private bathrooms (7 en-suite, 1 off-suite), a small fridge, tea station and their own intercom system. TV aerial points in all bedrooms if you wish to provide your own TV in your room. You will need a TV licence to do so.
Business standard high speed broadband with 24h support is included in the rent.
Shared living areas include a 2 large kitchensTV lounge, separate quiet lounge laundry room and a shared downstairs W. C. The house allows lots of privacy but also the chance to get to know each other if you want to.
There are NO FEES and no deposits 👍We do reference everyone.

The house has a large back garden with BBQ and patio furniture, and a hedged front garden providing privacy .
There is limited off-road on-site parking (and a secure bike / motorbike shed) at the back of the house, nearby street parking available also.

Cleaning of communal areas every week is included in the rent.
Our housekeeper is a professional and cleans every week.
. Private room cleaning and/or linen service is available at an extra cost.
We are a family company of experienced landlords who have all lived in shared houses and know how important it is to make sure people get on.
We know the area well and how to get around, so if you're new to the area we will answer any questions you have.
We do not offer contracts of less than 12 months .
