The property is situated close to shops and strong transport links. A wonderful base for commuters, you'll be a mile from the A41 Black Country New Road, giving direct access to the M5, Birmingham and beyond. West Bromwich Central tram stop, situated on the Midlands Metro Line, provides frequent services in both directions between Birmingham and Wolverhampton.

I am looking for someone who would look after the house as if it was their own, when it comes to cleanliness.

Utility bills included - Council tax, gas, electric, water and internet. .
