Big Double Room In West Bromwich

Hello we are from Eastern European housemates and we have a spare big room in superb location. We are all working professionals so the new housemate must be the same.
We are looking for someone quiet who doesn't cook much (not using kitchen too often) and is full time working professional.
No couples, no kids and no pets and no students allowed.
The location is perfect close to all enemies. We have 24hour Tesco extra 10min by walk. Pure gym, anchor gym and JD gyms all 10 min away
tram link 5min away by walk to Birmingham new street takes only 12min and runs every 6 min.
All shops very close.

The house is very clean and quite big we have 2 toilets and 1 big bathroom with shower and bath and very big garden. Plenty of parking space too.
