The house consists of two quiet and peaceful people, one tenant of 52-year-old man and landlord of 39 ( both working full time and not messy). All tenants are professionals. We are looking for someone who is able to communicate and share good manners. There will be a security deposit after viewing and chat, rent is £400 (cash only) with all bills included with fiber internet.
