Lovely Ensuite Double Bedroom Near Warwick Uni

We are 4 medical students and 1 PGCE student at Warwick University looking for another student to take up our spare bedroom.

Dubbed 'the mansion', this room is the largest in the house. It comes with a double bed, a desk, an office chair, a large chest of drawers, a huge wardrobe and a full ensuite bathroom. There is enough space to have a small lounge in there too. The room overlooks a massive garden behind the house which is surrounded with trees.

The house has LOTS of communal space, including a spacious kitchen and dining area, large living room, a full conservatory, a study, a gorgeous spacious backyard with a BBQ, 2 garages and lots of parking space. This is a real nice family house and we're planning on keeping it until we are done at Warwick. If you're interested please let us know ASAP and we'll get you to check it out and meet us :)

The house is off the western end of Westwood Heath Rd, which is a straight line to Uni (Varsity roundabout). It's about 1. 4 miles (4 min drive/26 min walk according to Google Maps). Also its a 9min walk from Tile Hill Rail Station (Birmingham-London). Bus 18 takes you from city centre through Tile Hill and Earlsdon, and bus 18A takes you to Canon Park (Tesco, Aldi, Iceland, Wilko, Gym) near Uni, before heading towards city centre.

Price is 450 monthly, which doesn't include bills; we sort that ourselves. We're quite a lovely bunch so please get in touch if you have any questions.
