Come and join our friendly house with shared lounge for chilling, fully equipped kitchen for creating your culinary masterpieces (or reheating your ready meal) with a dishwasher for the washing up, conservatory and a garden for catching some rays. A downstairs cloakroom has been added for your convenience. Shared bathroom with additional shower room upstairs.
We have a large double room currently available in the house.

Our house is on the bus route just over a mile from the centre of Wolverhampton- you can almost fall out of bed onto the bus for work!
There is space for one or two small cars on the front or free parking in cul de sac across the road.
The house is close to New Cross hospital, 2 Sisters food group and Wiggle to mention but a few.

If you want to live here, although there no fees for administration and referencing, we do reference you as we have to make sure you are going to be a lovely tenant and not a horrid one! We provide a cleaner weekly for all communal areas including the Kitchen living room bathrooms and downstairs toilet.
