The downstairs bedroom has a very comfortable futon style double mattress, there’s also a table and a chair, perfect for studying. The room also has its own entrance to the house.

It’s ideally located for a medical placement as the house is in close proximity to Corbett Hospital and Russell’s Hall Hospital with easy transport links to both. It’s also very close to Brierly Hill WMAS for any paramedic trainees.

There’s an immaculate shared bathroom, a cosy lounge and kitchen. Also there’s a lovely South facing garden that catches all of the sun.

Central to Wollaston village, there’s a variety of shops and amenities, an Aldi supermarket is 2 minutes walk.

The bus stop is a 1 minute walk and the local train station (Stourbridge Junction) is a 20 minute walk. Parking is available on the street outside the house. There’s also a free car park 1 minute walk from the house.

There’s good links to Birmingham, Wolverhampton and Worcester. Also located close to both Corbett Hospital and Russell’s Hall Hospital.
