A home within a home- double room to rent

Hi,
I'm a young 40 year old lady who rents 2 rooms out in my own home to help along with my bills. I have a very mature 17 year old daughter who lives with me but she's extremely mature and very quiet . My daughter works full time.
I currently have a 43 year old male as a lodger and his 5 year old son stays over some weekends.

I have a medium size dog who is well behaved and very friendly towards adults and children.

The double room has now been rented.
The double bedroom (as a double/twin) is an excellent size and has 3 double wardrobes (one just with shelves), two bedside cupboards, washing basket, a desk with 3 drawers and a chair.

The single bedroom is a good size with plenty of storage; triple wardrobe with cupboards above, triple lower cupboard closed shelving, desk, chair, laundry basket and a single bed.

I live in Wollaston, Norton, Stourbridge, in a beautiful area on a quiet estate but close to bus and train links and close by shops. I would be able to provide off road parking but only for the short term. There is some on road parking in the street and nearby streets.
The rent is inclusive of all bills and Wifi to the Internet.
I'm close by to local shops, bus routes and a short bus ride away from the train station .
I'm a down to earth person who likes to keep things tidy and clean. Everything you need is here and a lovely atmosphere. It's a very relaxed household. There are shared amenities throughout. You would have full use of cooking facilities and a washing machine is available. The bathroom has shower facilities. We have a spacious communal lounge and nice tidy garden to relax in during the summer. I'm also comfortable if you wish to spend all of your time at home in your room or in the lounge.
We are an extremely friendly household and a quiet household especially after 10pm due to people working the following day.
The current rent for the single bedroom is set at 350 per calendar month. Rent includes gas, water, electric, council tax and internet usage. This also includes a laundry service for bed sheets on a weekend. A cleaner could be provided at an extra cost should you wish.
