Here I have up to rent a room at Liberty Heights Wolverhampton student accommodation.
This is a room I booked for myself however as I'm not going to Wolverhampton University anymore I will need to find a replacement person to take over the room.
The room is very spacious, comes with an ensuite, all very modern looking and a double bed, desk, and built-in wardrobe.
On-site facilities include a gym, cinema room, study spaces, events room, washing machines, and basketball court.
This rent is £4947 for the whole academic year and the lease is for 51 weeks: September 2019 til August 2020.
The room hasn't previously been lived in by me and therefore will be clean and empty.
Kitchen and living room area is shared.
