Professional individual, looking for a professional person as a lodger for a spacious double bedroom complete with an ensuite in a newly built house. The bedroom includes a double bed, and built in wardrobes (see photos) but to truly appreciate the sapce and size, a visit in person is recommended.
I have two adult children who spend 2 nights a week with me. Thu are aged 18 and 22 and spend most of their time in their bedrooms,
in our garden room, or out with friends.
I have a pet dog that is friendly and house trained. I am at work most of the week and spend the majority of my evenings either at the gym or out with friends..
Superfast fibre broadand and electric bills are included and the tenant will have the use of all the kitchen facilities and a Television. However a small contribution towards the gas will be necessary. We can discuss what is affordable when we meet.
The property has easy access to parks, supermarkets, gym’s and the city centre is a short drive away.
