Room to rent in Wolverhampton

I have a double room available to rent in a cute spacious modern bungalow. Property consists of kitchen, living room/dining room by, large bathroom, garden with patio. WiFi and washing machine included. 5 minutes drive from the city centre. 2 minute walk to nearest bus stop.

You would be living with a 35 year old (live in landlord) professional. I am a friendly and chilled person. I like a clean and tidy house but I am not a perfectionist. I work a traditional 9 to 5 and would ask for a roommate that also goes out to work rather than remote workers.

You will share the kitchen, living room bathroom and garden.

I am looking for a professional housemate who is friendly and independent.
