I have a spare room for rent in my bungalow. It’s a decent size has a wardrobe but no bed or other furniture. Room has its own bathroom with shower/bath and toilet

Looking for a professional older person preferably over 40 but will consider younger applicants. I am a quiet person so would like someone similar to share and live with - No late night party’s or strangers coming back please
