Nice Tidy 3 bedroom house.
Rooms available: Spare room and Office room for study/work (if needed)
Kitchen and living room, with Garden and patio access.

Close to Wolverhampton centre and local amenities.

I have my own business and work away most of the time and would like the property to be kept tidy.

I’m normally away Monday-Friday and most weekends so will be out the your way. Will pop back justto check in. Sometimes I am living here but as mentioned above will be out of your way.

Bathroom and Ensuite are cleaned weekly along with the house.

This property is located is a very quiet area so the perfect location for professionals.

Females preferred as females have stopped in the property before and have maintained rules, kept the place tidy etc.

I am a very social person so will interact with you etc. love to cook and go out. Keeping active and a healthy mind.
