I have available a furnished large Single room with a bathroom and shower in a large clean 3 story town house. I’m a live in landlord and looking for a professional individual. The property benefits from having supermarkets a short distance away and local convenience stores within walking distance. There are bus links a short distance away and the city centre is within walking distance. All bills and wifi are included. Council tax is not included. I have double room too if the single room is not large enough.
