Double bedroom - fully furnished - own bathroom

I am in the midst of selling my house. I am after people interested in a short term let that would agree to keep the house clean and tidy for viewings and would be understanding to the selling process and limitations.
I currently live somewhere else but occasionally may need to stay/visit the house to retrieve clothes etc. most of my belongings are still at the property so I will definitely still require access but I would notify you that I need to come to the property.
You would have access and sole use of a large double bedroom and the main bathroom, as well as all of the living areas, kitchen, lounge, garden etc.
