Spacious Double Room

Hi all I'm looking for a roommate for my 3 bed house in Wolverhampton that is quiet, clean, tidy, willing to share a bathroom (there is also a downstairs toilet), doesn't smoke, doesn't own a pet and is willing to undertake the nessecary checks to secure the room. I am also looking for £500 a month for the room and £500 deposit for the furnishings, If you are interested carry on reading below for the description of the room and the living situation...

The room has been recently been replastered, repainted and new plug sockets have gone into the walls. It is being used by my curent roommate (who is only here 3 days a week) but he will be moving to the smaller room once I find another suitable roomate, therefore all the furnishings you see in the photos won't be there, but new furnishings (and more) will be put in (currently have everything nessecary including double bed and will show u on visit). The closet space will also be completely cleared out for you to put all your nessecary things in. Neither of us use the parking space at the back (it's behind manual gates) so you would be free to use that, along with the home gym in the conservatory. It's in a great location less than 1 min walk to the bus stop straight into the city centre, a Morrisons in the opposite direction, tettenhall shopping centre, very good doctors and dentist practices and the i54.
