Hi, my names Rob and I am the live in landlord. I’m 38, down to earth, chilled out and really into going to the gym and “trying” to stay in shape 😂

I have 2 double rooms and 1 single room available which are furnished and ready to move into immediately. You are welcome to bring additional furniture if you want 😊

The house is a 4 bedroom detached house with a good size drive and nice garden.

The house is kept to a very very clean standard… it’s a nice quiet.

I am after like minded people to move in. Male or female is fine, must be clean and tidy, no smokers or vapers, must be in full time employment. Must speak perfect English. A dog may be allowed but a higher rent will be charged. No children.

The house is available to view on weekends only due to work commitments.

The house has everything you would ever need within walking distance, gyms, supermarkets, small shops, takeaways, hair dressers … etc…
