Large double bedroom available in lovely house

Hi, my names Rob and I am the live in landlord. I’m 37, down to earth, chilled out and really into going to the gym and “trying” to stay in shape 😂

I have a double room available which is furnished and ready to move into immediately.

The house is a 4 bedroom detached house with a good size drive and nice garden.

The house is kept to a very very clean standard… it’s a nice quiet yet social house 😃

Currently me and another guy (23) are living there. We are both working professionals who are into the gym but also enjoy a beverage or 5 now and again 😃

I am after a like minded person to move in. Male or female is fine, must be clean and tidy, no smokers or vapers.

The house is available to view on weekends only due to work commitments.

The house has everything you would ever need within walking distance, gyms, supermarkets, small shops, takeaways, hair dressers … etc…
