Double room, plesant loction, 130 p week

The room has been on AirBnB and I achieved the status of "SuperHost" The room has TV which uses broadband. The bathroom is shared with another lodger, a very quiet, obliging 50 year old man. He has the off street parking but there is plenty on-street very close by. It is a quiet, leafy suburb, a mile from the centre. Note that this is not a tenancy; you would be a licensee. I would expect you to be out all day on weekdays, and to remain in your room most of the time, coming down to cook and eat. You would have larder and fridge space.. I have a pleasant small garden - you may smoke there but not indoors. Your room has adequate storage space and a small desk.

Despite my age I am quite active and am regarded as cheerful and sociable. However I do not go out much and prefer to watch TV alone in the evenings. I like the arts, Radio 4 and 3, serious conversation, gardening, my religion (Quaker) and family.
