Double rooms x2 near New Cross hospital

There are two double rooms available upstairs to rent.

Room one
- Contains a single bed with lift up storage
- Wall built storage
- Matching draws
- Lovely views of the trees from the bay window

Room two
- Free standing cupboard
- Amazing view from the garden

If you require the room furnished that can be discussed.

All bills (including WiFi) are included.

The kitchen is shared and everyone will be allocated the same number of draws and cupboards. Two fridges I have the smaller one and the larger one will be shared.

The bathroom is shared but no personal possessions are to be kept inside. (This is a system that worked before where all residents have a “bathroom bag”). This keeps everything neat and tidy for the next person.

I have a little Bichon so please be a dog person, he is tiny and spends most his time sleeping as he’s 8. (I’m told he is like a little therapy dog so if you do decide to live here I’m more than happy for him to become buddies with you).

If you are willing to pay the combined total for both rooms, then all of upstairs will essentially be yours as I will be living downstairs.
