On street parking, 15 minute walk to town center, the supermarket is a 2 minute walk and a corner shop/chemist is even closer with a handy bus stop nearby.
A guest bedroom is also available for visits by relatives or friends that won't outstay their welcome. Incumbent housemates abide by this rule also.
Two friendly, easy going and professional housemates. An interest in spectator sports, gaming, golf, food and beer is handy but not essential.
