Female Roommate Wanted

I live in a a 2 bedroom flat, both bedrooms are double and the vacant bedroom is fully furnished. The area is very nice and peaceful, only 10 minutes away from Wolverhampton city centre on the bus and only 4 minutes from Pristfield tram stop. On the tram it's only half and hour into Birmingham City Centre. I am looking for a responsible person (woman) to share the bills with. As my flatmate you should expect equal share of the household chores such as cleaning the flat and taking out rubbish.
