I have two fully furnished bedrooms available in a very spacious three story town house.

The rooms would suit a working professional who wants comfort and space in a homely environment whilst working away during the week.
The house has always been smoke and pet free so is clean and tidy.

I am looking for someone who is easy to get on with, clean and tidy and that is looking for a home away from home as opposed to a hotel or B&B.

The two Bedrooms available are on the top floor, the larger of which has a Double bed, bedside cabinet, double wardrobe, mirror and a bedside lamp.

The smaller room has a double wardrobe, single bed, lamp and small bedside table.

On the middle floor there’s the large lounge for relaxing, watching TV and listening to music. The complete Sky+ TV package (Sports, Movies, Entertainment etc..) is included along with a PS3 with some games / Blu-ray player with 5.1 surround sound system.
New 100MB Virgin Media Fibre Optic broadband has been installed.

Also on the middle floor is a large family bathroom with a power shower.

On the ground floor there is a guest WC and to the rear is the large fully fitted kitchen with a washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, juicer and water filter.

The garden to the rear is turfed and has a deck where it's nice in the summer to have breakfast in the morning or dinner in the evenings.

There are two allocated parking bays available for use behind electric gates to the rear of the property as well as on street parking and the house is fully alarmed.
