We have a room available to rent.
It's a large, light and airy room with new wooden flooring, a double bed and plenty of storage space. You will also have access to a large bathroom with a big modern shower, a fully fitted kitchen and clothes washing facilities. All bills are included and you'll also have access to high speed wireless broadband.
It's just myself, my mum and one other lodger living in the house at the moment, we do also have two cats, so we can't accept tenants with pets. We're all clean, quiet, friendly and always up for a chat but happy to give you your own space too.
We're in a quiet street under 5 mins walk from Wolverhampton city centre, the Molineux Stadium and a large supermarket.
