The lounge has 2 extremely comfortable sofas, one of which is a sofa bed for any guests. There is a 42 inch wall mounted HD TV. The kitchen has modern fittings with ample storage and has a washing machine, dishwasher and gas hobs with all the cooking utensils you could possibly need.
The flat has 200Mb Fibre Optic Virgin Media Broadband, Virgin TV and Sky Movies included in the price of the room.

This is a flat share with an easy going, likeable 27 year old male professional who is very neat, tidy and respectable to other housemates.

As previously stated there is a sofa bed for guests to stay on, and people are welcome as long as it is mutually agreeable with flat mate.
