Hi, I have a room available for rent in the Lanesfield area of Wolverhampton. Very close to shops and bus stops etc, just a 5 minute ride into city centre.
I'm friendly, social and enjoy having a laugh. I'm fairly laid back and try not to cause a fuss, but I don't tolerate people who disrespect me or my home (like my old lodger) I do own a dog who is extremely friendly and has a lovely temperament.
The house is a 3 bedroomed terrace, with a decent sized garden. Everything would be shared apart from mine and the lodgers room (obviously)
