The property is on the Cannock Road, 5 minute walk from the train station, city and Wolverhampton university.

There are 2 stores directly outside the house, however Asda supermarket is a 10 minute walk.

If you feel like catching the bus it is also outside the house.
North will take you in to the city and South will take you to the cinemas, shopping and fast food complex in Wednesfield. It also is a 5/8 minute bus ride.

The rent includes all bills:-
Council tax,
Water,
Gas,
Electricity.

Broadband is available however you will have to politely ask Josh who pays for it i'm sure he will share for a small fee. Currently he's a 3rd year student at Wolverhampton university.

There is a large 21ft kitchen with enough space so that no one has to struggle with there cooking and storing of food etc.(see picture)
