Room available in Lanesfield

Hello, I have room abailable for rent in Lanesfield, it's just off the Birmingham New Rd about a 5 minute bus ride into the city centre.

The room is £300 per month which includes bills, it is a double room which is partially furnished. All other living spaces living room, kitchen etc will be shared. There is access to broadband and a washing machine.

I'm a support worker working in Walsall which is where I spend half of my time, when I'm free I enjoy football, watching films, meeting friends, video games, going to the gym and to the pub.
I am friendly, polite and respectful, and i do like to have a laugh.
I expect any potential tenant to be the same, someone who is clean and will clean up after themselves. I'd prefer someone with a sense of humour and can have a good giggle.
