The flat has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathrooms, with a fully furnished kitchen and big and cozy living room!

The flat is extremely clean and tidy and we would like to keep it that way :-)

You will be sharing with another friendly professional: Alkis (31 years old)from Cyprus.

Perfect location: in the city center, market with fresh fruit and vegetables down the stairs, and the gym group and Sainsbury's in front.

The rent is £268 a month + bills £90 approximately (in total around £358 a month)

Contract: you will be taking over the current lease for 3 months, you can discuss with the landlord to renew :-)
