Sunny comfortable room

Sunny room to let to a student , a business person, or visitor to Wolverhampton.
The room is available Sun/Mon to Friday only.
If you rent from Sunday to Friday the charge is £110 per week (£120 for a couple).
If you rent from Monday to Friday the charge is £90 per week (£100 for a couple)
If you require the room for only two or three nights, the daily charge is £30.
(Rates can be adjusted for long-term bookings)
Breakfasts can be made available - optional help yourself £5
Check in after 5pm
Check out is by 11am

The room contains a double bed, desk, TV, and plenty of room for clothes storage. Bedding, towels and toiletries provided. The upstairs bathroom is for your sole use, apart from during the night when the toilet is shared.
Wi-fi is available
You share the kitchen and dining room, conservatory and garden - with just me and my cat Indy.

My house is close to the M54, and to the i54 and Pendeford Business Parks. It's also close to the Staffordshire and Worcestershire canal, which you can walk along to get to the supermarket - or even into town. It's on a bus route for easy access to the town. There is also parking available on my drive, and a secure bicycle point.
