The room would be ideal for a professional who is looking for good location with easy access to town, New Cross Hospital and the motorway network. It’s a great location with 2 great pubs at the end of the street with cheap drinks! I have been renting this room out for over 15 years and all the previous tenants have enjoyed living there and would be happy to let you know what they thought.
