I work from home so the house must be quiet during office hours.

Also I would only consider someone who doesn’t want visitors of their own in the house, this includes their children.

In return there would be somewhere nice, quiet, warm, safe and clean to live.

There are lovely countryside walks just around the corner and Stourbridge is a nice place to go out.
