The house has 3 bedrooms, a shower room, large living room, large kitchen, garden, separate utility room, small home gym and drive way.

The garden, has a seating area at the top (not captured in the photos) a BBQ area. A small allotment that has strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, tomatoes and other stuff growing at the minute. And a grass area, perfect to chill in on a summers day.

The house is situated in a quiet area off the main road in wordsley, local pubs and shops are in walking distance, Kingswinford and Stourbridge are easily accessible via walk or short bus journey as well as bus routes to Birmingham, Wolverhampton and Merry Hill, we are also 3 miles away from Russell Hall hospital. A car parking space will also be available on the drive way.

Everyone in the house is easy to get along with along with.

We have a rabbit called boxer, he's quite a nervous rabbit but give him treats and he'll be your best friend in time.
