Hi there. We are offering a well furnished good double sized room for a single person in a refurbished very large period detached property being conveniently located near local shops, pubs and transport facilities.

The room is centrally heated and well insulated and the window is double glazed. TV and wireless broadband (equipment not supplied) are included in the room. The room is approximately 10 x 12 feet in area and wardrobes, chest of drawers, easy chair and a computer desk.

There are easy links to Sutton and Birmingham from the house. Four other lodgers share this friendly and warm home. There is a shared large kitchen, you will have your own food storage space, your own freezer and fridge space, use of the laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The house has an impressively large (36m2 approx) open-plan communal dining/lounge area with digital TV and a wood-burning stove in the inglenook fireplace.

You share the large luxury bathroom with separate shower with only 2 others, since two rooms are en-suite. There is an additional WC downstairs.

The house has a landscaped garden with patio area to the rear and off-road parking to the front. Chester Road station is about 5 minutes walk, so New Street station is usually about a 20-25 minute journey from the house. Bus routes to Sutton and Birmingham are only a 2 minutes walk up the road, as are shops, restaurants and the pub in Wylde Green village.

The current housemates are friendly and easy to get along with. Ideally, we are looking for a serious professional person who has a good sense of humour! We hope to hear from you soon. Thank you for looking.
