Double room in new build house - bills included

Hello!

I'm a teacher and renting out a spare room in my house mainly for company. The house is a new build which is situated on a private road and all the furniture is of high quality.

The bedroom is 15’2 x 13’8 - the largest bedroom in the house and comes with a double sliding wardrobe, (the equivalent of 4 wardrobes ofspace,) and a geltex mattress, ottoman bed. There is a dressing table and stool provided.

The house comprises of three floors with a living room and a kitchen/diner, both have a television in which makes it easy when wanting to watch different TV programmes. There is an office space where a screen, keyboard and mouse can be connected to a laptop, for people working from home, with views overlooking the horses in the field opposite. This is in addition to a space in both the dining area and living room. There is a downstairs toilet as well as a main bathroom which would only be shared with the other housemate.

I have a lot of other cooking amenities such as an air fryer, George Foreman, slow cooker, Nutribullet, Tassimo machine, toastie maker etc. (I'm a bit of a gadget person!) There are also basics such as plates, cutlery, cooking bowls etc. all there for you to use. Anything I have you can use!

The house is cleaned by a cleaner (which includes the bedrooms,) so there are no cleaning expectations other than cleaning up after yourself day-to-day, and tidiness is appreciated. All bills are included; all cleaning products and toilet paper too, you would only be expected to buy your own food and clothes detergent.

There is a drive outside the property and the house is situated on a private road which is very peaceful. The house has views of horses as well and there is a bench outside to sit and watch them while the sun rises and sets, (see picture!) The neighbours on the road are all in their mid 30’s and we all get on fantastically.
The house is a 10 minute walk from the train station and just off junction 3 of the M42. It’s 20 minutes from the airport/NEC, and Birmingham city centre, 15 minutes from Solihull and Shirley. Becketts Farm, Sainsburys, Tesco, Lidl and Aldi are all within a 5-minute drive.
