Hi there I’m a flatformer and I’ve got 2 double bedrooms to let located in yardley and the rooms are double and one of them is ensuite also we got the living room and kitchen open plan also the main bathroom the house is in great condition very clean and up to date I just need to flatmates to share the cost and the maintenance, the bills will be included and I want a non smoker or if smoker will have to smoke in the balcony and no pet ownership , the property got a garden as well if that makes a difference, I’m looking for someone (boys/girls) reliable and chilled who is either a student or a professional but not to much trouble! if you have any questions or you want to book a viewing and interview please get in touch .thank you
