There is a double bedroom available within the 2 bedroom house I currently live in. The downstaires bathroom would be used by the person who moves in as the other bedroom has an ensuite. The house is fully furnished and has all the appliances needed plus 2 big fridges in the kitchen.
I would prefer someone who is tidy and eventually likeminded with common interests like music and artrs.
The room decor is as I’ve found it when I moved in but whoever comes along is free to redecorate.
I don’t have a pet myself but I will be taking care of my friend’s dog until August. The doggy is small and very friendly.
