Rural House with land and animals

Downstairs, double bedroom. Own access via Front Door. There is a shower room downstairs for your own use.
The property is rural, great big garden and lots of animals on site. If you are flexible in your working time you can get your rent reduced by helping with the rescue dogs.

6 dogs (only 2 live in the house,) one cat, 3 sheep on the premises
Easy access to train station 1.5 miles up the road to get to London Victoria or Bognor Regis
40 mins from Brighton.
You are ideally practical, outgoing and cheery and of course fond of animals. This is not a house of rules, but ideally we both just use our initiative and do what needs doing. No place for laziness here!
