Clean modern spacious room in new build home

I am looking for a professional person - preferably female to rent my spare room. It is a lovely bright and spacious double room.
I have 2 cocker spaniel dogs and a tabby cat, so it has to be an animal loving person.
I am very tidy and like to maintain a clean home, so looking for a similar kind of person. The room is fully furnished therefore someone kind and clean who would be careful with my furniture would be lovely.
There is a shared bathroom and another toilet downstairs.
I am spiritual and meditate daily, with a GSOH so a similar person would be ideal, but not essential. I am also fairly quiet and rarely watch tv. I read a lot and work from home running my skincare business.
I have two parking spaces which are mine, so there is parking for another person.
My home is Band D council tax.
