Double furnished room in our lovely home, it has a double bed, built-in double wardrobe (with drawers), dressing table, bedside tables and full-length mirror and a wall mirror. The room is freshly painted. It over-looks a lovely green and is in walking distance (2 mins) to a bus-stop with direct routes to Bognor Regis or Chichester. The beach is a 5-10 min walk, as are shops and a local village with amenities. It is a short walk to the library and Doctor's surgery (2 mins). All bills are included (including broadband). Shared kitchen and bathroom, and the house does have 2 toilets. Smoking permitted in the garden. We are seeking a female tenant only.
