Room in flat in Rose Green, Bognor

I have available a large single room in a flat in Rose Green. The flat is above the shops in Rose Green and is hence very close to local amenities including bus routes. There is on road parking. There is a place to lock up bikes. I am a fair and considerate landlord but would appreciate someone who is responsible and clean and tidy. The room is for one person who should be a non smoker. It is not to be shared with anyone else.
