I ‘ m looking for a professional male or female (non smoker ) who requires limited access to the kitchen ) . The room is upstairs and gives enough privacy to the person ( I live downstairs) , it has a modern furnished bathroom with a bath tub .
The room has a brand new bed and a mattress . A wardrobe is on its way to match the furniture .
Room fitted with modern blinds . Has a free WiFi and a parking space . Access to garden and a garage . Washing machine and tumble dryer .
The access to a kitchen will be limited as the room is quite big so it has self contained microwave , toaster and a kettle available .

The house is situated within walking distance to Angmaring village . The station is about 5 minutes drive .
