Single room - Angmering (female preferred)

Single room, furnished to rent in a quiet, clean family home in Angmering.

Walking distance to local shops. Angmering station - 20 min walk

Shared bathroom and additional separate WC, kitchen and lounge/dining room. There is also a garden and off road parking.

We are a couple with a young child, looking for someone that is in full time employment and that is clean and tidy. Female is preferred.

We work from home, therefore not suitable for someone else that also works from home full time, the odd day at home would be fine.

Unfortunately no partners would be permitted to stay.

References will be required.

As a live in landlord with a family, It's important we find the right person, so we would need to meet any prospective lodgers prior to making any decisions
