Double furnished ground floor room on a peaceful road with a private off road parking space. Plenty of storage, TV and private fridge provided, bills and wifi included. Two bathrooms, both shared, one with a shower and bath. Also use of shared kitchen, dining room, garden and conservatory.

We are a young married couple looking to rent out one of our spare bedrooms to a lodger. I am a special needs teacher and my husband is a youth worker. We both serve in our local church. We enjoy a simple, quiet lifestyle and our home is our sanctuary away from busy lives. We also have a hamster. At times we may have family dogs to stay, this is not often.

We keep a clean, tidy, attractive house with a spacious garden, close to local shops and directly outside a bus route. 30 mins walk from the train station with direct trains to Brighton, Southampton and London. 3 minutes away from the A27 by car.

Short or long term lets considered. In the photos, I have added some decor to showcase the room, but you’re very much encouraged to make it your own.

Looking for a lodger, clean and tidy, working professional. Non-smoker. Small pets negotiable. Very happy to accommodate working from home if desired. Looking for someone who would enjoy sharing the tranquility of our peaceful home. Small animals considered but not cats or dogs unfortunately.
